Solution Focused Therapy combines the most beneficial principles of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to get the root of a client’s issue and negative beliefs, enabling them to address the issues in depth and completely overcome them.
Step 1- we begin with a Discovery call
This will be a chance to get to know you and how you feel about working with me. Together we go through your presenting issue and how it has impacted your life and how you are currently coping. We will then discuss which modality will bring you the best results that you would like to achieve from your session.
Step 2-Your tailored session begins
This is your time to relax, during your session, you will be placed under a light hypnosis. An experience which is both calming and powerful. Hypnosis allows the subconscious mind to become dominant by overriding the conscious mind. You are then guided through regression back to the presenting issue/belief which is sabotaging your mind. We then will find the root cause of your issue and understand why it has remained with you.
Step 3-Rewiring
This is the exciting part, once we have established the root cause of your issue, we eradicate the old negative thought patterns, so they no longer influence you. This ensures they are no longer present and will no longer influence you again. During this process positive beliefs and feelings are installed enabling you to become the phenomenal new you.
Step 4-Permanent Change
Once we have unlocked these limiting beliefs, you have now taken back your power, What I need from you is to listen to a powerful recording for 21 days. The science behind this is that neurons that fire together, wire together. By listening to the audio, you are making sure the new neural pathways created during the hypnotherapy session are growing in strength. Think about how difficult it is to learn a new habit, what was once unfamiliar will now become familiar.
