If you feel Talk Therapy is just for you, this can be held online or as a walk and talk session. I feel this benefits the client as it is held outside and combining this with mindfulness gives an added boost . How great will you feel using this modality, most clients find it easier to talk and focus in a quiet outside setting, it’s still in a confidential space but more uplifting than sitting in a room, studies have shown that not having continuous eye contact can make the session less intense.

It also helps clear the body and mind of negative thoughts as your focus is on the wonders of nature, with the added benefit of exercise as you are walking.
